How do I receive a payment?

Share your Settle link (www.settleme.cash/yourname) with anyone. They can send USDC to your wallet address. Once received, the funds appear in your Settle balance.

How long does settlement take?

Most settlements complete within 60 seconds. Timing depends on your bank and the payment rails in your country.

What are the fees?

Settle charges a small fee on each settlement (crypto-to-bank conversion). Receiving payments into your Settle balance is free. The exact fee is shown before you confirm each settlement.

What happens if a settlement fails?

The full amount is returned to your Settle balance immediately. No fees are charged on failed settlements. Check your bank details in Settings and try again.

Can I change my username?

You can change your username once from Settings. Choose carefully — this can't be undone.

What currencies do you support?

We accept USDC and USDT on Base, Solana, and Ethereum. We settle to NGN (Nigeria), GHS (Ghana), KES (Kenya), ZAR (South Africa), ARS (Argentina), and PHP (Philippines).

Do I need to verify my identity?

For transactions under $10,000, your bank account verification is sufficient. Your bank already verified your identity when you opened your account.

How does auto-settle work?

When enabled, your balance is automatically settled to your default bank account whenever it reaches your threshold (default $50). Toggle it in your dashboard.
